Just left. On a road trip and wanted a quick bite, and man are we glad this was where we stopped! Everything was sooo delicious and service was super friendly. We got a grapefruit lemonade that was sweet and freshly muddled (so good we got another togo) Spicy tuna crispy rice was the best I've had, and I've had my fair share. Chicken Teriyaki and Gyoza were hot and ridiculously delicious. The fresh yellowtail stole the show with bright citrus, jalapeno and panzo. If were ever in the area again we will be back. Thank you for a great meal!

Food made freshly, I love the Thai tea . (The only place I get my Boba from because other places could be too chewy or too soggy.) Here itβs made just right and the workers are super nice! I got take out and normally I become hesitant if Iβm taking certain meals home because some food become soggy after a quick drive back to the houseβ¦.BUT it still tasted amazing and stayed fresh! This place was recommended by the House Of Cards on Minton Rd. and so I just dropped by and gave it a quick try. Definitely going to try more of their menuππΌ

Little Santouka was a pleasant surprise. The sushi rolls were massive, and the nigiri portions were great too, just the right amount of rice so the fish really stood out. The mango coconut with drink was delicious and very coconut-forward. We did takeout, but I still got a chance to see the inside of the restaurant. Itβs a cute, welcoming space. The service was friendly and smooth with no issues. Definitely a spot Iβd order from again!

Driving down to South Florida and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Service quick, cutest packaging & super friendly! Easy to order as a walk in but I heard some things may be cheaper if you order online ahead of time. Adding this spot to my list for future stops when Iβm passing through town :)

Little Santouka is a hidden gem located at the corner of Minton Road and Palm Bay Road NW in Palm Bay. The food is excellent and all entrees are made to order, including custom made teas and boba tea. The sushi is consistently fresh and amazing quality. This is an owner operated restaurant and the owner is always working. He is a true people person who treats every customer like family and even remembers and calls you by name. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his food. My favorite dish is the salmon and shrimp with cabbage and rice, which is always cooked perfectly. Whether you dine in or take out, the experience is consistently great. Highly recommend supporting this local business.
